Please note that with the launch of this class on September 6th, some Tai Chi daytime and evening classes will change. The new schedules will be as follows:
Saturday:
- 8:30 Black Belt
- 9:15 Blue and Above
- 10:00 Qigong
- 10:45 White, Yellow & Green
Initially, all levels of Qigong students will attend class together. But after a period of time, we are anticipating that classes will be separated into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, based on students’ experience, capabilities and needs.
For people who are new to Qigong, you will find that it is a very beneficial form of exercise, while also being very easy to do. There are few forms of exercise better suited to improving your overall health and well-being.
Practicing Qigong helps the body balance and maintain it’s proper energy flow. If your body is out of balance in any way, then it is not completely healthy. Qigong, which should be combined with a healthy and well-balanced diet, promotes your body’s ability to heal itself.
